Epoxy Glass Flat Washers or Epoxy Glass Spacers are stamped from NEMA grade laminates such as GPO-1, GPO-2, GPO-3, G-7, G-9, G-10 and G-11. Similar fire retardant laminates such as FR-4 and FR-5 can be used. All of these grades exhibit excellent mechanical strength, flexural and impact strength properties. Epoxy Glass Washers or Spacers also yield very good electrical properties in dry and humid conditions.

- Our own tooling department creates hard tooling or die sets for stamping Epoxy Glass Flat Washers or Spacers. In addition, we have a library of over 7,500 existing compound washer dies for use with no extra tooling charges.
- Wider dimensional parameters are a New Process specialty. Washers or Spacers can be created in materials from .005″ to .250″ thick, in sizes as small as .093″ and as large as 12″.
- High volume punch press capacity is assured by an inventory of 75 presses, with cost-efficient small units and high volume equipment capable of 400 strokes per minute.
